This major redevelopment of the Michael Garron Hospital (formerly Toronto East General Hospital) includes renovations to the existing hospital and new construction of an eight-story patient care tower with a three-storey podium connecting to the existing hospital. Also included, is the demolition of some existing space.
The project is being designed to LEED Silver Standards.
